Bin cleaning in Liverpool.
Scheduled bin and bin store cleaning for apartment blocks, managing agents, restaurants and offices across Liverpool, from the city centre to Speke.

A short history
Liverpool, then and now.
Liverpool received its charter from King John in 1207, but it was the 18th and 19th centuries that made it one of the busiest ports in the world. The docks spread for miles along the Mersey, and the Albert Dock, opened in 1846, was the first in Britain built from cast iron, brick and stone with no structural timber.
The Royal Liver Building was completed in 1911 and, with the Cunard and Port of Liverpool buildings, forms the Three Graces at the Pier Head. Since the 1990s the city centre has been transformed by Liverpool ONE, the Baltic Triangle and thousands of new city centre apartments, many of them in converted warehouses.

Cleaning in Liverpool
What keeps bins clean here.
Liverpool's city centre population has grown fast, and most of it lives in apartment blocks with shared bin rooms, chutes and Eurobins. Bin rooms sit inside the building, so smells travel through corridors and lift shafts. Student blocks add a second pressure: waste peaks sharply at the end of term and at the start of the academic year.
Under 24 hours
In warm weather, house fly eggs laid on food waste can hatch in less than a day. A bin left unwashed through a Liverpool summer becomes a breeding site quickly.
Chutes need cleaning too
In high rise blocks the chute and the hopper underneath collect residue that a bin wash alone does not reach. We clean the bins, the hopper area and the room floor together.
Term time peaks
Student accommodation produces most of its waste in a few weeks around June and September. Booking extra visits for those weeks keeps bin stores usable and avoids complaints.
