What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, site postcode, property type, number of bins and any message you include. Our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs for security.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, provide quotes and deliver our services. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

We share data only where needed to provide the service: our website and form hosting provider, our email provider, and contractors who carry out work you have requested. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Customer records are kept for six years after the end of the contract for accounting and legal purposes.
