Communal area cleaning.

Entrances, stairwells, corridors and lifts in apartment blocks and managed buildings, cleaned on a fixed schedule with a photo report.

Overview

Residents judge a building by its shared spaces. Dusty stairwells, marked lift doors and a cluttered entrance lead to complaints to the managing agent, even when everything else is working well.

We clean communal areas to an agreed checklist on a weekly or fortnightly schedule, and send dated photos after every visit. Because we already look after bins and bin stores, one visit can cover the whole building.

What is included

  • Entrance halls, lobbies and door glass
  • Stairwells, landings and handrails
  • Corridors and lift cars
  • Communal kitchens and amenity rooms
  • Litter picks around the building
  • Dated photo report after every visit

Questions

Common questions.

How often should communal areas be cleaned?

Most apartment blocks choose weekly or fortnightly visits. Busy or larger buildings may need more, and we recommend a schedule after the site visit.

Do you work with managing agents and RMCs?

Yes. Our schedules and photo reports are set up so managing agents and residents' management companies can show residents the work is done.

Can communal cleaning and bin cleaning be on one contract?

Yes. Bins, bin stores and communal areas can be cleaned on the same visit, with one report.
