Communal & residential bin cleaning.
Eurobins and wheelie bins in apartment blocks and residential developments, washed, disinfected and deodorised on a fixed schedule.

Overview
Shared bins in residential buildings get dirty fast. Spilt food, leaking bags and warm weather lead to smells in the bin store, flies and complaints from residents. Washing the bins regularly is the simplest way to stop it.
We wash every bin on site to an agreed schedule, timed for just after collection day when the bins are empty. Each visit is recorded with dated photos, so owners and managing agents can see the work has been done.

Questions
Common questions.
How often should communal bins be cleaned?
Busy apartment blocks usually need bins washed every one to two weeks, with weekly visits in summer. We recommend a schedule after seeing the building.
Do residents need to do anything?
No. We work around collection day and leave the bins back in place, clean and ready to use.
Can you clean bins in a large development?
Yes. We plan visits around the number of bins and bin stores, from small blocks to larger residential developments.
