Rubbish disposal.
Side waste, bulky items and dumped rubbish cleared from bin stores and communal areas, and disposed of properly.
Overview
Bin stores attract more than bin bags. Mattresses, furniture, boxes and overflow rubbish block access, look neglected and create a fire risk.
We arrange collection of side waste and bulky items through registered waste carriers, with a waste transfer note for every collection, so the building owner has a clear record that the waste was disposed of correctly.
What is included
- Side waste and overflow bags
- Bulky items such as furniture and mattresses
- Rubbish dumped in bin stores and car parks
- One-off clearances or regular collections
- Registered waste carriers
- Waste transfer note for every collection
How it works
Simple to set up. Easy to check.
One survey, one agreed schedule, and a photo report after every visit.
Site survey
We look at the bins, the bin store and the collection days, and agree what needs doing.
Schedule
We set the frequency and the visit day, usually just after collection when bins are empty.
Clean
Bins are washed inside and out, disinfected and deodorised, and the store cleaned if included.
Report
You receive dated photos after every visit, plus anything we noticed that needs fixing.
